HERE AT IKONIK WE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN FLEXIBLE WITH LIFE CIRCUMSTANCES , UNFORTUNLY AS A SMALL BUSINESS WE HAVE TO ALSO NOW LOOK AT NOT ONLY THE RISING COSTS OF PRODUCT BUT MORE IMPORTANTLY THE TIME WE BOOK OUT IN PREPARATION FOR YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT WTH US ,AND ALSO WHEN PEOPLE DO NOT SHOW OR CANCEL THE DAY BEFORE OR EVEN THE DAY OFF THEIR APPOINTMENT , THAT AFFECTS OUR STAFF AND THERE LIVING WAGE .
THEREFORE WE HAVE IMPLICATED THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICIES :
IF YOU CANCEL YOUR HAIR APPOINTMENT WITHIN 24HOURS OF YOUR APPOINTMENT WITH US , WE WILL CHARGE YOU 50% OF YOUR COST .
IF YOU CANCEL ON THE DAY OR DO NOT SHOW WE WILL ASK FOR 100% OF THE COST OF YOUR APPOINTMENT .
CORRECTING ANY OF OUR WORK
WE PRIDE OURSELVES WITH OUR IN-DEPTH CONSULTATIONS AND 1-1 UNDERSTANDING OF WHAT WOU WANT / IS ACHEIVABLE AS A CLIENT OF IKONIK .
IF WE NEED TO TAKE ANOTHER LOOK AT SOMETHING YOUR DISSATSFIED WITH , WE ASK YOU LET US KNOW WITHIN 24HOURS OF YOUR SERVICE SO WE CAN TAKE A LOOK WITHIN 24HOURS OF THE SERVICE

IF YOU ARE LATE TO YOUR APPOINTMENT OUR STYLST WILL ADD A LATE FEE ONTO YOUR PAYMENT OF £18
IF YOUR LATENESS RUNS OVER 15MINS YOUR APPOINTMENT WILL BE CANCELLED AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED THE FULL AMOUNT
